Who offers the lessons
These terms cover the online Spanish lessons offered on spanishtinto.com by Santiago Garnica Montañez, trading as “Spanish Tinto”, a natural person in Colombia (Calle 1a #7a-69, Chía, Cundinamarca, Colombia, [email protected]).
Lessons and prices
Lessons are 1:1 by video call and last 50 minutes. Prices:
- 1 lesson: 27 USD / 25 EUR
- 5 lessons: 115 USD / 105 EUR
- 10 lessons: 220 USD / 200 EUR
- 20 lessons: 400 USD / 380 EUR
Free trial
New students get one free 25-minute trial class. No payment is needed.
Payment
Payments are not processed on this website. I tell you how to pay before your first paid lesson; the payment provider handles your card or account details.
Packs
Each paid lesson uses 1 credit. Unused lessons expire 6 months after purchase.
Rescheduling, cancelling and missed lessons
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson. Later changes may use a credit. If you don’t show up, the lesson uses 1 credit (or the free trial, if that was the booking).
Refunds
There is no refund on the first paid class or on a pack once it has started.
Spanish Tinto course
The Spanish Tinto A1 course is currently a pilot. Joining the waitlist is free and not a purchase; price and conditions will be announced before any sign-up.
